Burger Workout 03.15.18

Yesterday (03.14.18) I went rock climbing. Was a lot of fun and was a good workout. I went for 2 hours. I usually Climb reds which are V4-V5 Routes, and I got a couple of Blues Routes (V5-V6).


Deadlift – TM=400 lbs

x 8 –

x 5

x 5 – 65% (260 lbs)

x 5 – 75% (300 lbs)

x 5+ – 85% (340 lbs)


Joker Sets

x 2 – 380 lbs

x 1 – 400 lbs

x 1 – 450 lbs Lets Try it

AMRAP – 65% (260 lbs)


Pull Ups – 5 x 10
Heavy Cable Rows/Pull downs – 4 x 10
Hammer Row Machine (Heavy) – 4 x 10 each

Biceps – Hammer Curls and 21s – 4 sets each
