Weisheit Workout 3-31-18

Sorry for the abundance of posting this AM. Been busy the past few days. This workout was in my 3rd hotel this week. I did sin last night by having a few beers.

35 minutes on the treadmill. Broke it up with doing a set of push ups and lunges every 10 minutes.

10 minutes of chest and abs and lunges cause I was bored.

Get at it this weekend y’all, and by it I mean it.
