This is my bro workout for the week. Just lots of pressing and arms.
Warm Up:
2 scoops of Assault
Core Lifts:
DB Bench Press- 5 x 5, worked up to 75lb DBs
Push Press- work up to 3RM, then -5% & -10% for 3, worked up to 175lb, drop sets at 165lb and 155lb
Accessories:
Bent Over Row- 3 x 12
KB Curl to Press- 3 x 12
Tricep Push Down- 3 x 12
