Felt pretty stiff and sore, took my sweet time rolling out and getting warmed up.

Dynamic Warm-up

Mobility work

Warm-up:

3 x 8 DB flat bench @ 55, 60, 65lb

3 x 8 DB incline bench @ 45, 50, 55lb

Bench Work

3 x 6-8 barbell flat bench working up to 185lb, feeling good

3 x 3-5 @ 185, 205, 225lb – definitely stayed on the 3-side of this rep range today

1 x 8-10 @ 185lb – because more volume

Accessory work:

3 x 12-15 Tricep push down

3 x 8-10 barbell incline bench @ 155lb

4 x French curl to failure @ 60lb

3 x 12 hanging straight-leg raise
