Davlantis workout 4/11/18

This volume is making this pretty much just CrossFit.

Week 2 day 3: bodyweight 198.2lb

“Don’t stop me now/ cuz I’m having a good time” – Freddie Mercury

Roll out, warm up, mobilize

5 x 5 back squat @ 235lb (80% of max)

2 x 3 hang clean @ 145lb

3 x 3 hang clean @ 155lb

3 x 3 Halting clean deadlift at mid thigh @ 190lb

3 x 5 SLDL @ 195lb

      Don’t worry, it’s a straight legged DL not single leg. I’d be dead at 195 single leg haha
