Davlantis workout 5/31/18

Swam yesterday, felt real rough, wasn’t gonna lift today, but you gotta make it a habit somehow.

Bodyweight: 196.8lb

Roll out, stretch out and hit a quick dynamic warmup

3 x 6ea bent over SA DB row

4 x 6 RDL @ 135, 155, 175, 185lb

3 x 10 EZ curl bar curls (for the girls)

4 x 10-12 lat pull down

4 x 4ea two-way curls

1 x 5 deadlift @ 225lb

1 x 5 deadlift @ 255lb

3 x 5 deadlift @ 275lb
