Got back to the outdoor jogs today. Got back to me.
3 miles were covered. My heart rate was up and down. Probably not a bad thing. Mixed in step ups and push ups while I went. Overall 43 minutes of sweat sesh. Pleased with it.
Diet wise I’m trying cut back in alcohol. Last week was a bender. I only had 7 dollar margs last Saturday so other than diabetes I’m good to go. I think beer just kills all dieting abilities. Going to CO next week so that’ll be a challenging week.
