Weisheit Workout 7-15-18

Was not motivated at all today. Tried to use caffeine, but that didn’t help. My big issue was the pizza I had 5 hours before being an anchor in my stomach. Note to self is to quit eating.

My workout was mainly running and walking. I mixed in push ups and lunges throughout. It was an hour of sweatiness, so that’s a positive.
