3 rounds x 10 air squats, 10 ring rows, 5 SLDL, 5 crunchies

2 ladders to 5 1 @ 24kg 1 @ 32 kg OH press and pull ups

1 ladder to 5 KB bench @ 32 and row @ 36kg

16 rounds 30 on 10 off

Alternate rowing and battle ropes
