KB warm up + pull ups and hanging

Back Extension: 3 x 10 @ 45

Clean: 3 @ 135, 2 x 3 @ 155, 3 @ 165, 4 x 2 @ 185

Push Press: Same as cleans

Front Squat: 3 @ 135, 3 @ 155, 2 x 3 @ 180, 2 @ 205, 2 x 2 @ 225, 1 @ 230

Stretched for a while, sauna
