80 KB Thrusters @ 2 x 24 KB bells – Wanted to do 100 but holy carp that would be hard
Did 60 in sets of 5 in the first 10 min which absolutely ended me then took 2 min off and did another 20 in sets of 5.
15 Min spin sesh.
