Moved all weekend, back is tweaked again. how annoying.

Monday – Mowed the lawn

Today –

Typical Kb warm up then

2 ladders 1-5 w/pull ups double arm KB press @ 24KG

1 ladder 1- 5 w/pull ups single arm KB press @ 32KG

3 rounds [  5 pistol squats to bench//  12 x half kneeling alt KB press @ 24kg (6 ea leg)]

40 KB swings @ 32kg
