10 Skull crush 60# BB

Bench press 8 reps, 6 reps, 3 reps @ 135, 155, 165# respectively

3 x 8 BB row at 135#

8 reps each side oblique activating rows

2 Turkish getups each side

More rows

8 Deadlifts @ 95#, then 5 HC

5 Deadlifts @115#, then 3 HC

Deadlifts Dewayne weight 1335#
