Took a week off due to a Christmas morning toe injury.

Incredible bulk week 2, day 1

Dynamic warm up

4×2+2 snatch grip push press + snatch balance

3×1+2 clean + front squat

3×8 back squat

1 back squat for weight

3×1+3 snatch pull + low hang high pull

3×10 SADB roe

3×10 dips
