Got the wife to come down to workout today. Big win right there.

Roll out

3 sets

  • BB row at 135 for 1 set and 155 for the other two
  • 15 tuck ups
  • 6 Front squat at 65 ( convenient weight for her to do back squat)

3 sets

  • Max chin ups (2-3)
  • BB curl at 65
  • SA T’s at 10
  • 8 KB swings at 50

Excited for picture day tomorrow
