Last week of squatting workouts. Next 4 weeks are deadlifts same rep scheme (20,10,5) then the same snatch and push up/upper body press split
15 Emom snatch and pull ups, moved up to 28kg bell
20-10-10-10 safety bar back squat @ 135. Wanted to try it out, had never used it. Very rough on core. Not sure I’ll do it regularly.
