3 x 2 clean from low blocks @ 155lb

3 x 1 Split jerk @ 205lb

1 x 1 back squat @ 285lb

Tossing in some bench, curls and tricep work

2 x 60s+45s high-plank shoulder taps + deadbug

Stretch and cooldown
