1 x 2 snatch @ 150lb

3 x 2 snatch drop sets @ 135lb

2 x 3+1 clean + jerk at 200lb then drop to 185lb

2 x 8 back squat work to 8RM @ 255lb then drop to 225lb for second set

3 x 5 snatch grip DL @ 185lb

2 x 10+10ea+10ea bent over row + SA military press + YTW

2 x 30s ea side bird dog + 10x weighted sit-up

Cool down and stretch
