35 minutes on the treadmill. After a 5 minute walk, 2 minutes jog & 3 minutes walk for the rest of the time. Kettlebell swings.

Weisheit Workout 2-24-19
Been real busy moving across the country and selling my house. With that, the altitude training phase of my life has begun. 45 minutes. Mainly treadmill and then kettle bell swings.
