2 mile incline walk on the tread. Stopped at 0.5 mile marks to do max pushups and squats. Threw in a business call for good measure.

45 minutes in the hotel gym. Did a nice warm up jog. Exercises. Finished up with incline sprints.

2.2 mile round trip hike to the water at Crater Lake. Going down was cake but it was 45 degree incline switchbacks for a lot of it. Coming back was rough. I jumped into the lake as well. V cold. Like mid 50s at best.

3.25 miles, 40:30 minutes (2.5 miles run, 23:00)

Had a nice hotel gym this day. 15 minutes warm up on the treadmill on various elevations. 15 minute row. Got myself good. 20 minutes relaxed walk on the treadmill.

Late post from Tuesday. Quick 20 minutes in the gym. Some cardio and calisthenics.
