LaBrake Workout 01.06.2018

Was kinda groggy from getting birthday drinks but it’s the new year and I have to get mine. Didn’t go into this workout with anything planned

Rolled out

Worked up to 225 front squat then did 5×3 @ 225

Then 5×3 @ 225 back squat then 20 reps back squat @ 135.

Then 5x1000m row @ 1 min rest. Tried to hold 1:50 pace.
