Burger Workout 01.07.18

Another beautiful Chest/Back day

Incline Bench 9 x 4, 1 x burnout (225 on round 9, dropped down to 145 on the burnout)

Flat Bench 5 x 5 reps (got to 245 on last set)

Super Set – DB Flys 5 x 8 reps, Push ups – to Failure.

Dips – 5 x 10 reps

Back

50 Pull ups

BB Bent over row 5 x 10

Heavy close grip Cable row 5 x 10

Rolled out
