3 rounds.
- Aerobic – Garage was v cold so I tried my best to get as warmed up as possible.
- 10 push ups
- 5 EA KB shoulder press.
- 5 EL split squat
- 10 bench dips
- 10 KB swings
- 10 weighted crunches
- 10 supermans (Trying to get that back strong)
40 second plank to finish the workout. Used to be able to get to a minute so that’s a goal to get back there.
Diet – Didn’t eat anything fried
