Weisheit Workout 2-11-18

“Bulls on parade.” -Lead Singer of Rage Against the Machine

Preworkout – espresso shot, Sumatra beans

Workout

3 rounds.

  • Aerobic – Garage was v cold so I tried my best to get as warmed up as possible.
  • 10 push ups
  • 5 EA KB shoulder press.
  • 5 EL split squat
  • 10 bench dips
  • 10 KB swings
  • 10 weighted crunches
  • 10 supermans (Trying to get that back strong)

40 second plank to finish the workout. Used to be able to get to a minute so that’s a goal to get back there.

Diet – Didn’t eat anything fried
