Bishop workout 02/10/18

1000m row holding 1:55 pace because I’m sore as heck.

2 rounds of 2 x 30sec press/30sec OH hold w/ 15lb DBs

3 x 10 20lb med ball slam

3 rounds of:

  • 3 x hang clean 185lb
  • 10 reverse curls @ 50lb straight bar
  • 5ea arm incline curls @ 35lb DB
  • 10ea arm preacher curls@ 35lb DB
  • 10 20lb med ball slams

Excited for Pizza tonight!
