DB bench press, work up to 85s, 3 sets of 4 @ 85  super set with band pulls

4 x 750m row hold 1:45 pace ! 1:30 rest

1 x 750m easy 2:05 pace

1 x 1000m hold 1:41 pace (goal was 1:41, I held 1:42)
