Bishop Workout 2/26/18

What’s up Squad? I had to work out at the hospital gym yesterday. Unfortunately, I may have to use this kindergarten gym a lot this week.

1 mile run for warm up (6:40 – treadmill)

Working sets – Each group is 3 rounds 10 reps each exercise.

1. DB Bench @ 70lbs. Bent over row @ 80lbs

2. Goblet squat @ 80lbs. Leg extension @ 120lbs

3. Curls 10rep ea. arm @ 40lbs. French press @ 60lbs (15 reps)

4. Lat pull down @ 140lbs. Standing OH DB press @ 45lbs

Abs – 3 rounds of 15 Bosu ball things. 35 crunches
