LaBrake 02.05.2019

Stepped into the gym today to be greeted by the trainers who were hosting a max burpees in 1:00 challenge. Naturally I obliged and needless to say it rekt me so the rest of my work out was a wild ride.

Week 1, Day 2

3 x 8 Hyperextensions

Front Squat + Jerk: 2 x (2+3) @ 70, 1 x (2+3) @ 95, 3 x (2+3) @ 115, 3 x (2+2) @ 140

Front Squat: 4 @ 115, 2 x 4 @ 135, 2 x 4 @ 160, 3 x 3 @ 180, 2 x 3 @ 190

Box Jumps, seated: 3 x 10

Stretch, Sauna
