3×8 db jump squat @ 40lb

3x4ea single leg squat with 10lb plate

3×10 sumo squat w/ reach

3×5 pullups

Block 2

1×4 hang clean @ 135

– 2×2 @ 185

– 1×2 @ 205

3x8ea single arm KB up shoulder press @ 20ishlb

3×12 leg lifts

Block 3

1×8 Back squat @ 135

– 1×5 @ 185

– 2×3 @ 215

– 1×3 @ 225

3×6 incline DB bench @ 70lb
