Make up post – Saturday February, 23 Went to a gym in Cleveland, Ohio and attempted to get my inflamed ass through some clean and jerks and some snatches. did not go well.

Torokhtiy Week 4 Day 1

feeling much better today, rolled out and stretched for a while and did some pull ups and body weight back extensions

Good Mornings: 2 x 8 @ 65, 2 x 5 @ 95
Snatch: 3 x 3 @ 95, 2 x 3 @ 120, 1 x 3 @ 130, 3 x 2 @ 140
Snatch Pulls: 5 x 3 @ 135, 3 @ 155, 3 x 3 @185
Back Squat:  3 @ 135, 2 x 3 @ 175, 3 @ 205, 3 @ 235, 4 x 3 @ 255, 2 x 2 @ 275

then did some light pause front squat with straps to work on holding the bar in my whole palm, then stretch then sauna
