Missed week 2 day three and my vacation this weekend is squeezing my schedule so:

Catalyst starter program week 3 day 3.

Lifting at Bob’s East, so it’s all in kilos today

5 x 1 snatch @ 60, 60, 65, 65, 70kg

3 x 3 snatch pull @ 75kg

5 x 2 front squat @ 205lb (not in kg)
