5 minute row, dynamic, stretch, etc.

2 x 3 muscle snatch @ ~70lb

3 x 2+1 power clean + clean @ 145lb

3 x 2+1 power jerk + jerk @ 150lb

Accessory:

4 x 10 KB swings
