ladder 1 – 5 KB clean and press @ 24kg warm up
2 ladders 1-5 KB clean and press @ 32kg super set with pull ups
4 x 4 w/25 lb weight vest pistol squat to bench/ super set with pull ups
ladder 1 – 5 pistol super set with pull ups
I guess im thinking about starting to train for the Beast challenge. we shall see.
