been gone for a min.
2 weeks ago i was so slammed at work i didnt have time to post but i did a few days of upper body blast.
last week i was in flerdia working on my tan.
my back is still wack, jack. But today i just stretched and did some pull ups and push ups.
i think that i have isolated the muscles that are causing me all the pain. the stretch that i feel the most is the figure four stretch so im just going to spend the next week in that position.
work out was KB warm up then 100 push ups broken up by 20-15-5-(6×10) with 2 pull ups after every set.
