feeling sore and weak! didnt sleep well due to my back but i think all the stretching is agitating it and for stuff like this i feel like it has to get worse before it gets better.
lots of rolling a stretching to start off.
Did my 100 push ups like this 25-10-10-5-10-15-5-10-10 with some pull ups or just hanging in between and stretching.
Then I went upstairs and did 2 ladders to 5 of clean and press and pull ups with the 24 kg bell.
