2×10 squat

2×5 off the box squat @ 55#kb

Then:

3×6 Db step ups @ 45#, 75#, 95#

Then:

3×5 back squat @ 135#, 155#, 185#

Then:

10 rounds: 3 back squat @ 205#, 50yrd sprint
