Last day of no plan just tooling around lifting what strikes my fancy.

5 min on bike then

Work up to 2×2 back squat @ 295 (2×5@135,2×5@225,2×5@245,2×3@275) the second rep of the 2nd set was ugly.

5000m ski erg @ 20:21 I think. It hurt. Wknd let’s go. Jk bathroom reno.
