Dynamic warmup and movement prep

3 x 1 snatch @ 150lb – NOT good looking reps, catching way forward on my toes. Frustrating

2 x 1 clean @ 225lb – fucking missed 235lb twice. Then I couldn’t get back under 225 for a few attempts. Frustrating

3 x 2 back squat @ 235lb

3 x 10+10 wide grip pull-ups + Pendlay row
