2 x 2 3-second pause front squat work to 2RM (235lb) then dropped to 210lb
3 x 5 clean grip deadlift worked to 285lb then drop to 255lb for last 2 sets
2 x max wide grip pull-ups + 60s Jerk OH iso hold
2 x 6ea BB RFESS + SA bent over row
Cool down and stretch. Everything felt decently good today
