Late post from Tuesday. Quick 20 minutes in the gym. Some cardio and calisthenics.

Weisheit Workout 8-22-18
Got a little over 2 miles on the treadmill this morning. Just did a relaxing 45 minute walk. Threw in some squats and push ups every 15 minutes.

Yo bois. Got a Friday grind on in my garage. So gosh durn hot in there. Great for my sweat vibes. Tried to get to 100 burpees throughout my workout, but only made it to 75. It was real. Have a good weekend y’all.

3.25 miles on the river front. It was hawt. So hawt. I ran 2 miles of it. One mile was pretty decent. Diet has been ok.
