LaBrake Workout 02.02.18

Didn’t row yesterday after lifting, was too tired and needed to get home and cook dinner. Ill try to get it done tonight if not, tomorrow AM. One love.

More dead lift

roll/stretch/pull-ups/reverse hypers/KB Warm up

work up to a 135 KG deadlift

then

7 x 5 x Dead lift @ 135 KG
