Weisheit Workout 2-1-18

Did a few minutes of aerobics by jumping rope, ab roller, and dropping lightening and thunder on the heavy bag. Stretched.

15 push ups

15 squats


More Aerobics

10 lunges each leg

10 bench dips


More Aerobics.

Felt like crap after so I called it.

Diet has been so so. Portion control has been okay. Did drink some mid week beers. Forgive me.

Bought a 50 lb kettle bell. My thought process is that spending money on home equipment is okay since I don’t have a membership.
