x 15 – 135 lbs

x 5 – 185 lbs

x 5 – 75% (210 lbs)

x 3 – 85% (340 lbs)

x 1 – 95% (270 lbs)


Joker Sets

x 1 – 295 lbs

Accessories

Super Set – 10 sets = Incline Bench (5 Reps)/Pushups (8-10 reps)

Chest Flys – 5 x 8

Dips – 5 x 8-10

Tricep pull downs – 5 x 12

Behind the neck Tricep Extensions – 5 x 10
