Bishop Workout 03/09/18

This is a late post. So, I’d like to say that I am sorry to Troy. Please don’t roast me in the group chat.

Warm up: ‘Squat Play’ 6 rounds of 30sec on/30sec off

  1. Air Squat
  2. Jump Squat
  3. High Knee jumps
  4. Wall squats

Working Set: 3 rounds through One minute rest between rounds

  1. Deadlift x 15 @ 225
  2. Push ups x 15
  3. KB Swings x 15 @ 64lbs

Note: Thought I could do five rounds. I was wrong.

100 crunches cool down
