Going into this workout running on absolute fumes. Forgot to cook for the week, had Jimmy John’s for lunch and downed a grilled chicken sandwich and some fries in the parking lot before this. We’ll see how this goes.
Rolled out, hit a quick dynamic warmup, squatted some lighter weights on the way up to working weight.

3 x 3 Halting snatch deadlift @ 115lb
2 x 3 overhead squat @ 90lb
