Burger Workout 04/9/18

Ive been out for a while, haven’t been posting. I have been working out though.
Been Climbing a lot, so I’ve been doing a lot of body weight work.

Last week I climbed 4 days.

Chest –

Roll out/Warm Up

Bench – 6 x 10 reps – Light weight

Incline – 8 x 8 – Light weight

Push ups – 8 x 10 reps

Chest Flys – 5 x 10 reps

500 row for time – 1:28
