Warm up: 1 mile run, 100 crunches, 20 push ups, 20 lunges
Work up to 3rm power clean
Three rounds: 10 Hi pull cleans, 2:00 bike 90%
Rest
Three rounds: 5 x Front Squat @ 185, 10 burpees, 10 DB jump squat @ 45
Recovery: Tacos
