Bishop Workout 09/18/18: I’M LAZY

I’ve been doing a 4 week Ace’s Body by Jordan Stanley program – In week three.

Day #1

Warm up .5 mile run/back petal/ criss-cross

Complex 1

-DB Jump Squat 3×8

-SL Squat 3x6ea

-Sumo Squat reach 3×6

Complex 2

-Hang Clean 1×4 3×2

-Ab Wheelies 3×20

-Wall Slides 3×8

Complex  3

-Back Squat 1×8 1×5 3×3

-DB Incline Bench 3×8

Complex 4

-2 DB SLDL 3x6ea

-DB Combo Bench 3x4ea
