Weisheit Workout 3-7-19

20 minutes on the tread. Only 5 of it running. My shins keep hurting. Good weather this weekend so I may venture outside.

10 minutes just throwing heavy weight around with my arms.

20 minutes of nice incline walk.

Not the best workout, but it was enough to burn some calories. Also maintenance guy talked to me for most of it. He was cool.
