Davlantis workout 3/26

Technique feeling like poopy today but making the best of it.

5 minutes stationary bike, dynamic, PVC and bar warmups

Catalyst starter program week 1 day 3:

5 x 2 power snatch @ 95, 115, 125, 125, 125lb

5 x 2(1+1) power clean + power jerk @ 135, 155, 155, 165, 165lb

3 x 3 overhead squat @ 135lb

Hit little bit of bi’s and tri’s for the Florida trip next month to end out.
