2×5 KB windmill @ #35

Then:

5×4 SLDL @ #95

Then:

Work up to heavy Dead lift (5×3 ending at #315)

Then:

5×2 Dead lift @ #255

Then:

Five sets of plank band pull till failure each side

Then:

Finger Curl strip sets till failure x 2

@ #85 – #65 – #45

Cool Down: Stretches and fetch with the dog
